Dr. Bravo was born in New
York. She
completed
her pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital in 1994,
where she earned recognition receiving the Ramon Rodriguez
Torres Pediatric Preventive Medicine Award. She was selected
the Valedictorian of her graduation class.
Dr. Bravo has been in private
practice for over 20 years in Miami and remains active as a
clinical preceptor, providing teaching and clinical training to
pediatric residents. In addition she is a clinical preceptor
for nurse practitioners for Florida International University.
Since 2010
she has participated in several medical missions to
Guatemala,
Ecuador serving the poor
and underprivileged population. She remains active in Emmaus
medical missions and is always looking forward to missionary
work
In
addition, she remains active in her home Parish of Sts. Peter
and Paul Catholic Church leading and serving in women’s
retreats.
She is the
mother of two married adult boys and
has a grandson Diego and granddaughter Stella
which she always finds time to enjoy!
She offers
a fresh and energetic approach towards patient care with a
strong emphasis on preventive care. Her personalized and caring
manner is focused on addressing the needs of the child, the
parents and family members as an individual unit.
