Dr. Roxanna Santana was born in the Dominican Republic, there she attended the University of Pedro Henriquez Urena. She extended her education by working one year at a rural clinic in the town of Boca Chica, Santo Domingo, and also did volunteer work with the indigent.

She completed her pediatric traning at Miami Children's Hospital in 1999.

Dr. Santanda is a board certified pediatrician with a very down to earth approach and caring manner. She has two children in elementary school.
